Come and relax in this Springfield Sun Trap. It's a great family home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house and a spacious living area opening out to the deck. Out on the deck, you'll enjoy all day sun while you cook a BBQ or relax in the Spa Pool. The house has a huge (fully fenced) back yard for the kids to run around and safely play. The house also has a brand new insulated and double glazed sleep-out with it's own ensuite bathroom.

Summary: Had a great stay here. Beautiful home with lovely well kept garden. Plenty of space to lounge around. Close to the Whakarewarewa forrest for mountain biking. Will definitely book here for our next trip to Rotorua.
